The R11 patch has finally arrived, and we have immediately starting the installation in the past few hours.

You can immediately activate it yourself.

There are 2 steps to follow:

1*-You must first update your server to R11. To do so, simply click on Game updates in your GP. Choose R11, and click install.

2-Then, you must also add a line in your ServerOptions.ini

Start by clicking on Default Config Files to access it.

a-Automatic(recommended):

Use the Config Editor, and at the last entry "Server Region", simply select the appropriate Region from the drop down menu.

b-Manual(advanced):

Click on Edit underneath the Text Editor and add the following line at the bottom:

Region=$

Replace the $ by the appropriate entry:

NAm (North America)
SAm (South America)
EU (Europe)
Asia (Asia)

This messages is to inform you that EA is currently operating a maintenance on their master server, which should help come to terms with the bugs experienced by many. This maintenance is already taking place, and in order to help speed up the process, EA asks to close 40 000 slot to all providers.

If you want to help their technicians out, who have been working day and night since the release of the game, we ask you to consider the option of stopping your servers through your game panel, until the end of the maintenance *.

Note that this is not an obligation, but rather a voluntary hand that you may choose to give. We all hope that this will put an end to the current issues.

*End of maintenance: 3:00 am in America/ 9:00 am in France

Many clients have been contacting us recently concerning an issue in which your server crashes and/or does not appear in the list.

We would like to specify that this issue is related to EA/GameSpy and not BSNGaming.

Every provider is experiencing the same issues. The master servers of EA have been overflooded today, and EA has specified that they would work all night to allow a faster refresh of the game servers list in the game. Given the random nature of these bugs, specific lucky gamers will not be affected by this at all, while others who are not as fortunate may be totally unable to play at the time being. This is the case for all providers. Let us give some time to this game that has barely been out 48 hours. A lot of updates, fixes and patches will be coming on EA’s part, as on the server side, we’re already at the 4th patch!
